I. Production Description of Hydraulic Cutter Suction Dredger Dredging Equipment
This cutter suction dredger is specifically designed for operation in sheltered inshore waters and under tropical climate conditions. It is built according to enterprise standards, referencing the ZC standard. The structure is fully welded steel, with a bottom plate thickness of 8 mm and shell plating of 6 mm. The frame spacing is 500 mm, featuring two fixed spuds at the aft, a ladder support A-frame at the front, and three hydraulic winches. Two double bollards are located at the forward and aft sections, while one single bollard is placed on each side. The entire dredger is designed to be dismountable for easy transport by road, rail, or sea. The engines and dredge pump are housed in the central pontoon, with the two side pontoons serving as fuel bunkers, ballast tanks, and storage areas. The engine room and pump section are accessible via watertight hatches. The cutter shaft runs on roller-type bearings within an enclosed housing filled with lubrication oil. A lock oil tank is positioned on top of the wheelhouse to ensure positive pressure inside the bearing housing. The control cabin is spacious and ergonomically designed, situated on a raised platform with full visibility for operators. It includes two consoles equipped with engine instrumentation, controls for winches, dredge pump, suction and discharge pressure gauges, navigation light controls, air conditioning, and proper insulation. Below the control cabin is a changing room with tables, chairs, and a washbasin. The underwater section is protected with a marine coating system and cathodic protection for use in saltwater environments.
