2. Usage
The machine uses X-ray transmission principle to detect the internal structure of the product.

4. Function Characteristics
Ø Measurement: Measure straight-line distance, circle diameter, concentric circles, and the distance between a point and the center of a circle.
Ø Automatic navigation: Imaging system automatically moves to the target area and tests it if the user clicks any part of the product image.
Ø CNC functions: Users can set the test path; the machine automatically sorts out NG products. It is convenient for small batch and repeat testing.
Ø X-ray tube voltage and current can be adjusted according to actual requirements. The effective usage time of the X-ray tube can be checked online.
Ø Software can control imaging system movement in X, Y, Z axis and speed.
Ø Safety protection design with photoelectric interlock. The machine immediately stops emitting X-rays and enters a protective mode if any door is opened by mistake.
Ø Keyboard shortcuts allow rapid control of the imaging system speed (high/medium/low) and direction of transformation.
