**Product Instruction**
The hydraulic type pultrusion machine is controlled by PLC, using hydraulic pressure as traction force with pneumatic length-fixing cutting. It can produce various FRP (including Glass fiber and Basalt fiber) pultrusion profiles such as square tubes, rectangular tubes, round tubes, angles, I-shapes, channels, rods, and rod fiberglass pultruded profiles. The production line includes roving racks, resin bath, mold calibrating table, to-and-fro traction machine, cutting saw, product racks, and control system.
**System and Process**
The pultrusion process is a method for continuously producing FRP pultruded profiles with consistent cross-sections and dimensions. This equipment consists of a yarn frame, mat frame, impregnation tank, mold heating and clamping device, traction machine, and cutting machine. The process involves feeding the impregnated fiberglass yarn, mat, and other reinforcing materials through the heated mold, where they are pulled, shaped, and cured to create continuous FRP profiles like bars, pipes, I-beams, channel steel, and square profiles.
