Product Information
This precision system enhances the lifespan of cutting tools significantly. It consists of a carbide blank, multiple movable and regrindable steel backing plate with precise positioning. These blades can be used in all cutterheads with 60° back corrugation.
Long Life
Submicron grades help achieve the longest life in wood and plastic applications. TIGRA SuperPac is available in four tungsten carbide grades to suit your needs: MDF, board, and wood.
High Security
These blades can be used up to 12,000 rpm if the cutterhead is designed for this speed, thanks to our enhanced deep corrugation design.
High Precision
The accurate corrugation ensures the highest level of precision.
Best Surface Quality
Accurate positioning combined with submicron grades results in the best surface finish. Especially recommended: TL15 with clearance angles similar to HSS and Stellite.
Regrinding and Profiling
Multiple regrindings are possible, and only the carbide blank needs to be regrinded due to the positioning system.
