Head Pulley Conveyor Belt Precleaner

The Primary Polyurethane Belt Cleaner is designed to be installed on the head pulley, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning of the conveyor belt. The wear-resistant polyurethane blade is gentle on the belt surface, helping to extend its lifespan. It features a self-adjusting spring tensioner that maintains consistent pressure, ensuring optimal performance even as the blade wears or the belt moves.

When the blade becomes worn or the belt shifts, the scraper automatically adjusts to maintain good contact with the belt, providing reliable cleaning without causing damage. This makes it ideal for continuous operation in demanding environments.

Standard Duty (SD) Primary PU Belt Cleaner Applications:

• Belt Width: 500~2000mm
• Belt Speed: ≤3.5m/s
• Temperature: -40~90°C
• Material Humidity: ≤15%

Heavy Duty (HD) Primary PU Belt Cleaner Applications:

• Temperature: -40~90°C
• Material Humidity: ≤15%

The Secondary PU Belt Cleaner can be mounted at any secondary cleaning position—typically around 100mm from where the belt leaves the head pulley. When used in conjunction with the primary cleaner, it ensures thorough cleaning by maintaining close contact with the belt through a self-adjusting spring tension system. This helps prevent material buildup and keeps the belt running smoothly without causing damage.
