    (1) The number of equipment shall be calculated according to the amount of ore in the calculation year, and the number of equipment in the period of construction shall not exceed the number of equipment in the production period;
    (2) When calculating the quantity of transportation equipment, the imbalance factor of the transportation volume should be selected according to the following regulations;
    1 ) Highway transportation 1.05 ~ 1.15 ;
    2 ) Standard rail transportation 1.10 ~ 1.15 ;
    3 ) Narrow-gauge railway transportation 1.15 ~ 1.20 .
    (3) The ability of piercing, shovel loading and transportation equipment shall be matched, and corresponding auxiliary equipment shall be provided.
    3 The selection of dump trucks should be matched with the excavator selection. The ratio of the load capacity of the dump truck to the bucket load of the excavator should be 3 : 1 to 6 : 1 . The load utilization factor of the dump truck should not be less than 0.90 . When the load utilization factor is less than 0.90 , the bucket volume of the dump truck should be increased.
    4 The standby of the main equipment shall meet the following requirements:
    (1) The roller drill, down-the-hole drill and excavator of the open pit mine may not be used, but not less than 2 ;
    (2) The rate of transportation of mines and mines should be 65 % to 85 %;
    (3) The reserve factor of the quasi-rail railway transportation equipment should be 15 % to 20 %;
    (4) The reserve factor of narrow-gauge railway transportation equipment should be 20 %~ 25 %.
