Application of Plastic Granulating Machine for PP Bottle Regrind Flakes:
The SJ series plastic granulator with a two-stage system is primarily used to pelletize crushed (rigid) materials, bottle flakes, and agglomerated films, among other similar materials. This type of pelletizing line features a unique screw design, an efficient degassing and filtration system (hydraulic screen changer), ensuring stable output and long service life. The machines are highly automated, requiring only 2 workers to operate the entire production line— one to control the electrical panel and another to feed materials and change the hydraulic screen changer.
