Introduction:
Our ZKS series mining vibrating screen is one of our latest products. It is specifically designed as a durable vibro separator for industries like mining, coal processing, building materials, and especially metallurgy. This machine ensures high efficiency and reliability in material separation processes.
Principle:
The mining vibrating screen consists of a screen box, screen frame, and vibration motors mounted on the screen box. These motors rotate synchronously but in opposite directions. The eccentric blocks driven by the vibration motors provide centrifugal force, while the component force drives the screen back and forth along the casting direction. This allows the screening device supported by shock absorbers to move linearly, enabling the material to move forward straightly when tossed upward in the air. When it falls back into the screen frame, the material moves quickly and penetrates the screen in a fluffy state. You can choose different screens to adjust the screening performance according to your needs.
Main Features:
1. Maximum screening capacity up to 200 t/h.
2. High screening precision with an average screen blocking rate of no more than 10%.
3. Available screen types include woven, plate, PU, grid, etc., all easy to clean, replace, and maintain.
4. Low energy consumption and noise level between 73~80dB, making it ideal for industrial use.
5. Motor can be installed at the bottom or side of the vibrating room, offering flexibility in setup.
