Introduction:
Our ZKS series mining vibrating screen is one of our latest products, designed for durability and efficiency in industries such as mining, coal processing, and metallurgy. It is a reliable solution for separating materials with high precision and performance.
Principle:
The mining vibrating screen consists of a screen box, frame, and vibration motors mounted on the box. These motors rotate synchronously but in opposite directions, generating centrifugal force through eccentric blocks. This force drives the screen back and forth, allowing material to move forward in a straight line while being sifted effectively.
Main Features:
1. High capacity up to 200 t/h.
2. Excellent screening accuracy with a blockage rate of no more than 10% on average.
3. Available screens include woven, plate, PU, grid, etc., easy to clean and maintain.
4. Low energy consumption and noise level between 73~80 dB.
5. Motor can be installed at the bottom or side of the vibrating room.
