- Shot and Sand Blasting Machine with painting facilities
Quality Control System
We are ISO9001 qualified workshop.
DOC Control as per in-house procedures.
MDR Doc – ITP, Raw Material Traceability, Welding Procedure, Welder Qualification, NDT, Dimension and Trail Assembly Report, Painting Inspection, are our standard QA docs.
Welding Quality Control
Welding Standard: AWS D1.1, AWS D1.6, or other International Standard
Welder Qualification: certified as per AWS
AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
Painting Quality Control
We have contracted Painting inspector with NACE II qualification to guarantee painting surface preparation and painting quality.
