Straightening Adjustment Method: It depends on the center distance between the straightening wheels. Whether it's a horizontal or vertical straightening wheel, the distance between adjacent wheels in the longitudinal direction (along the copper tube's forward direction) should be small but not zero for better straightening effect. However, this distance is fixed and cannot be adjusted. In the other direction (horizontal for horizontal wheels, vertical for vertical wheels), the center distance is adjustable. If the distance is too large, the wire won’t be straight; if too small, it may create waves along the entire length. Since copper tubes are hard and have high elasticity, adjusting the center distance slightly smaller than the theoretical size will help achieve the desired straightness after processing.
