Xugong Special Machine Company's Three New Products Appeared at Shanghai Baoma Exhibition

In 2008, the Bauma China exhibition once again brought together industry leaders, engineers, and buyers from around the world. This year’s event was particularly significant for XCMG, as it showcased three of its latest innovations in construction machinery. The theme of the exhibition, “Making the Key to Growth,” resonated strongly with attendees, highlighting the importance of innovation and efficiency in the construction sector. XCMG made a strong impression at the 2008 Shanghai exhibition by presenting the LW168G wheel loader, XT876 backhoe loader, and several models of skid steer loaders and telehandlers. Among these, the XT740, XT750, and XT680-170 were new products launched that year. These machines not only demonstrated XCMG’s advanced manufacturing capabilities but also reflected its commitment to meeting international standards. The response from the market was impressive. The XT876 backhoe loader and XT740 skid steer loader received immediate orders from foreign clients in Africa and Europe, while the XT750 model was purchased by the Guangdong Highway Bureau. This success underscored XCMG’s growing reputation as a leader in the construction equipment industry. Over the years, XCMG has evolved significantly. From 2002 to 2008, the company experienced rapid growth, aligning with the maturation of China’s construction machinery sector. The relocation plan set in 2009 aimed to boost production capacity, with a target of 10,000 units by 2010 and 50,000 axles by 2013. These goals were achieved through continuous technological upgrades, further solidifying XCMG’s position in the global market. At the 2010 Shanghai Bauma exhibition, XCMG continued to showcase its progress, demonstrating how far it had come in becoming a key player in the small construction machinery industry. With each product launch, the company reinforced its role as a backbone of Chinese engineering innovation.
