1. If it is a newly purchased transmitter (within half a year) and eliminate its own fault, it is recommended to check whether there is a strong magnetic field around it and whether the fluid is stable (unstable or not).
2. If the transmitter is more than half a year, or the measured medium is not clean or corrosive, the bearing may be worn. The filter should be installed upstream of the transmitter to replace the internal impeller. It also needs to be recalibrated because the repeatability of the transmitter generally does not maintain the factory characteristics after half a year.
Explosion-proof integrated temperature transmitter verification method
1. When used in explosive hazardous areas, please pay attention to the explosion-proof mark and protection level;
2. The installation environment must be within -20-+70 °C. When the ambient temperature is too high, the WZ/R signal converter and display module can be installed separately from the thermal resistance or thermocouple. Special explosion-proof box with separate mounting transmitter.
3. Before powering up, please check the positive and negative polarity of the power supply carefully, and you can't connect the wrong ones, otherwise it may cause unpredictable consequences.
4. The W signal converter module is potted and cured with epoxy resin to enhance its anti-shock performance and prevent moisture, corrosion and moisture.
5. Check after six months of use.
