2. Before starting the equipment, first start the dust removal equipment , and then start the sieve after hearing the signal to allow the equipment to start.

3. After the vibrating screen is started, it will run for 2~3 minutes. After everything is normal, start feeding.

4. The operation should be observed frequently during operation, and the fault should be dealt with in time. The body must not touch any rotating parts and extend into the space on either side of the screen.

5. Do not arbitrarily remove or disable the safety dust removal equipment, and strengthen the maintenance, maintenance and management of the dust removal equipment.

6. No material should be accumulated on the screen surface. The debris and materials on the screen surface should be cleaned in time to prevent the motor from being burned out due to excessive load.

7. When the power is temporarily cut off, the start switch should be pulled down immediately to clean the sieve ore and prepare for the next start.
