We are a professional manufacturer with over 15 years of experience in designing and producing vehicle machinery parts for export.
2. How can I get some samples?
If you need, we are happy to provide free samples, but new clients will be responsible for courier costs, which will be deducted from the formal order payment.
3. Can you make casting according to our drawing?
Yes, we can produce castings based on your drawings, 2D or 3D CAD models. If a 3D model is available, tooling development will be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still produce approved samples using 2D drawings.
4. Can you make casting based on our samples?
Yes, we can measure your samples and create drawings for tooling development.
5. What quality control devices do you have in house?
We have a spectrometer for chemical analysis, a tensile testing machine for mechanical properties, and ultrasonic testing (UT) for internal defect detection in castings.
