Four new products from Chongqing Dajiang won the title of Chongqing Technology Innovation Product

Recently, good news came from the Chongqing Dajiang Group Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. The four city-level new product projects of the QY25F, QY8FB truck crane, GKZ14B aerial working vehicle and QJ16 meter bridge inspection truck declared by the company passed the acceptance assessment and was evaluated as Chongqing Science and Technology Innovation Products. Among them, QY25F and QY8FB truck cranes and GKZ14B aerial work trucks were included in the municipal science and technology research project by the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economics. QJ16 bridge inspection vehicles were listed in the key projects of production, research and development.

In the face of severe market conditions, in recent years, the company has grasped the pulse of the market in a timely manner and seized the opportunity for the upgrade of Euro II to Euro III from the emission standards for automotive engines, as well as new market demands for heavy ship construction, large-scale material hoisting, and bridge road detection. The QY25F truck crane, which was rated as a technological innovation product, adopts a five-section U-section telescopic boom structure that brings together the current domestic leading technologies and is a high-end product in its class. QY8FB uses a hexagonal boom bending section and is an ideal work tool for lifting, loading, unloading and installation of heavy goods. The GKZ14B type aerial working truck adopts a quadrangular section bending arm. The manned work bucket balance system adopts sensor automatic leveling control technology, which breaks the original tie rod balance and wire rope balancing mechanism form, and creates a precedent for a domestic special vehicle balancing system. The pioneering technology has been granted a utility model patent by the State Patent Office. The QJ16 bridge inspection vehicle has reached the international advanced level in terms of structural form and technical performance indicators. It is a kind of bridge detection engineering equipment with relatively high technical difficulty and stable reliability in the domestic similar products. Compared with traditional folding arm bridge inspection vehicles, the advantages are obvious.

The QY25F, QY8FB truck cranes and GKZ14B aerial vehicles produced by the company have been on the market since October 2008. The first QJ16 meter bridge inspection vehicle will also be rolled out at the end of this year.
