The MG-C700 is a newly developed paper cup machine that delivers a high-speed production of 65-75 pieces per minute. This advanced paper converting equipment features a multi-station design, capable of manufacturing single and double PE-coated beverage cups, ice cream cups, coffee cups, bubble tea cups, and more. It integrates all the essential processes—paper feeding, sealing, bottom cutting, lubricating, heating, knurling, and collecting—into one automated system.

A. The machine uses an open cam structure, ensuring high precision, large output, and long lifespan.
 
B. A longitudinal gear drive system replaces chain drives, eliminating instability and jitter.
 
C. The machine has a box-type structure with a spray lubrication system, allowing it to operate at high speed and stability.
 
D. It includes a photoelectric failure-detecting system and PLC control for the entire cup-forming process.
 
E. Servo-controlled bottom paper delivery ensures accurate placement of the cup base when needed.
 
F. A stretch knife is used for bottom cutting, making it easy to change and more stable.
 
G. Equipped with Swiss Leister heating devices, it ensures proper heating of the cup body and bottom before sealing, improving quality and reliability.
 
H. The knurling device undergoes hardening treatment, resulting in a more attractive finish and longer usage life.
