The reporter learned from the Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Commission that the project “R&D and Industrialization of Glass Fiber for Wind Power Equipment/Engineering Plastics†passed acceptance. In the next 5 to 10 years, many automobile parts will be made of glass fiber reinforced composite materials instead of steel. Body weight will be reduced by 2/3 and fuel consumption will be greatly reduced. It is understood that Chongqing International Composite Materials Co., Ltd. is mainly responsible for this project. At present, relevant core technologies have been developed and patented inventions have been applied.
A rotor is plalced eccentrically toward the cylinder in the space enclosed with the cylinder and the side paltes,and each component is precisely sdjusted and cconstructed with minimum clearance.
With centrifugal effect created when the rotor turns,the vanes inserted in cuts of the rotor continuously slide on the inner wall of the cylinder.
