On December 1, 2011, the Liaoning Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision reported the results of supervision and spot checks on three types of lubricants for real estate vehicles, corrugated boxes and cement bags. A total of 120 batches of products produced by 116 companies in 13 regions, such as Shenyang and Dalian, have been spot-checked. 108 batches of products have passed the physical quality inspection, and the average sampling pass rate is 90%. Among them, the vehicle lubricants sampling pass rate of 95%. The results of supervision and spot checks showed that the quality of vehicle lubricating oil produced by enterprises in Liaoning Province has improved, and the sampling qualification rate has increased by 5 percentage points compared with the previous year. Unqualified items are low temperature dynamic viscosity, boundary pumping temperature, pour point, and cryogenic pumping viscosity.
