The five hydrogenation catalysts researched and developed by the PetroChina Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals have recently been successfully driven by different devices in Daqing Petrochemical Company's refinery and produced qualified products. The five catalysts are hydrocracking catalyst (PHC-03), hydrocracking prerefining catalyst (PHT-01), diesel hydrotreating catalyst (PHF-101), paraffinic hydrogenation catalyst (SD-2) and Whole pre-hydrogenation catalyst (DZF-101).

PHC-03 is a hydrocracking catalyst developed in response to the fact that PetroChina produces middle distillates simultaneously producing vinyl materials and reforming materials. It achieved a breakthrough in molecular sieve compounding technology and molecular sieve production technology, and solved cracking and addition. The technical problem of reasonable matching of hydrogen function. The catalyst fully satisfies the production technology requirements of Daqing Petrochemical's 1.2 million tons/year hydrocracking unit. The production of diesel, light heavy naphtha, and hydrocracked tail oil meets the standard requirements.

The diesel hydrotreating catalyst (PHF-101) uses two new molecular sieve catalytic materials and improves its synthesis method, optimizes the pore structure of the catalyst, modifies the chemical properties of the catalyst surface, and improves the utilization of active metal components. The performance of hydrogen desulfurization and dearomatization is significantly improved, and clean diesel fuel that satisfies the requirements of National IV and European V specifications can be produced under medium pressure conditions.

The paraffin wax hydrogenation catalyst (SD-2) is based on the characteristics of wide domestic paraffin fractions and high impurity content, using tungsten-nickel as the active component to prepare macroporous alumina carriers with a reasonable pore distribution and modifying them. The hydrogenation activity, selectivity and stability of the catalyst are improved. The developed protective agent is used in combination with SD-2 to increase the capacity of the catalyst to contain impurities and demetallize. The industrial application results show that the hydrogenation activity of the catalyst is higher than that of similar domestic catalysts, the reaction temperature is lower than 10°C, and the processing capacity is 112% higher than the foreign company's catalyst.

Reforming pre-hydrogenation catalyst (DZF-101) is a second-generation catalyst developed on the basis of DZ-1. It can be used to remove sulfur, nitrogen, chlorine, arsenic and other impurities in reforming feedstock oil and prevent reforming catalyst contamination. Poisoning plays a crucial role in ensuring the normal operation of the reformer and prolonging the service life of the reformed precious metal catalyst. The adaptability to blended coking gasoline raw materials is good. When the regular top gasoline of the refinery is insufficient, the coker gasoline is mixed, and the gasoline that meets the reforming feed can still be obtained, and the purpose of optimizing the integrated structure of the refining and chemical industry can be achieved.
