Dangerous reservoirs refer to the tailings reservoir where safety is not guaranteed and dam accidents may occur at any time. For example, the tailings storage flood storage capacity is seriously insufficient. When the flood level is involved, the safety super high and the minimum dry beach length do not meet the requirements, and flooding may occur. The flood discharge system is severely blocked or collapsed, and it cannot be drained or drained. The capacity is drastically reduced; there are penetrating transverse cracks in the dam body, and a large range of piping and fluid deformation occurs. The dangerous warehouse must stop production and obtain emergency measures.

The dangerous warehouse refers to the serious hidden dangers of the safety facilities. If not handled in time, it will lead to the tailings reservoir of the dam accident. For example, the drainage wells are inclined; the dam body shows signs of shallow sliding. The dangerous warehouse must be shut down immediately to eliminate the danger.

A disease bank is a tailings pond that does not fully comply with design regulations but meets basic safe production conditions. For example, the location of the immersion line is locally high; the dam surface is partially swamped; the outer slope of the dam is not covered by the design, and the vegetation belongs to the disease bank. The disease bank should be rectified within a time limit.

The normal warehouse also meets the following conditions: the tailings pond can meet the requirements of the specified safety super-high and minimum dry-shoal length when the flood level is involved; the buildings of the drainage system meet the design requirements and the working conditions are normal; the contour of the tailings dam The dimensions meet the design requirements, and the stability safety factor meets the design requirements; the dam body penetration control meets the requirements, and the operating conditions are normal.
