Connecting tools, processes, and people is essential for helping our customers get more value from their Building Information Modeling (BIM) data. This not only improves how they work but also leads to better business results and a more sustainable built environment. BIM is at the heart of digital transformation in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. That’s why we're deeply focused on building an AEC cloud information model that ensures project data is available to the right people at the right time, with insights that drive competitive advantage. As we work toward our vision for an industry cloud, we’re also making sure we meet the needs of our building design customers today. I’m excited to share that Autodesk has signed a definitive agreement to acquire UNIFI, a powerful cloud-based solution for organizing, accessing, and managing content in Revit, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, and other design tools. Right now, coordinating content across multiple projects can be a time-consuming and manual task. With UNIFI’s digital asset management capabilities, our customers will be able to find, search, and load BIM content faster—anytime, anywhere. Once the acquisition is complete, current UNIFI customers will continue to have full access to the product and support as we integrate it into our ecosystem. I'm also very enthusiastic about how this acquisition will benefit Autodesk users in the near future. UNIFI will enhance our existing offerings and help customers around the world extract even more value from their BIM data. Better management of project assets is a key step in the digital transformation journey. Looking ahead, UNIFI's technology will provide a crucial AEC data capability, transforming how our customers work by connecting their data and delivering the insights needed at every stage of the project lifecycle. With this addition, we’re helping our customers succeed both today and in the future. The acquisition of UNIFI by Autodesk has not yet been completed. The completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals. Subject to the timely completion or waiver of these conditions, Autodesk expects the acquisition to close during its first quarter of Fiscal Year 2024, ending April 30, 2023, or during its second quarter of Fiscal Year 2024, ending July 31, 2023. The descriptions of the anticipated benefits of the acquisition are based on current expectations and are subject to the successful completion and integration of UNIFI.
