The 2BFG-6 rapeseed no-tillage precision seeder, jointly developed by Huazhong Agricultural University and Wuhan Huanghe Tractor Manufacturing Co., Ltd., is a specialized agricultural machine designed for direct seeding of rapeseed in rice paddy fields without tillage. This advanced machine integrates multiple operations such as ditching, soil crushing, shoveling, bed forming, fertilizing, precise sowing, and soil covering, all to meet the specific agronomic needs of no-tillage rapeseed planting.
One of its key features is the adjustable depth of the ditch, making it highly suitable for no-tillage sowing in fields with hard surfaces and high soil resistance. It is widely applicable for broadcasting in rice paddies, ensuring good soil breaking and efficient fertilization while significantly reducing energy consumption. The machine is equipped with a newly developed wheel-eye seed metering system that enables accurate seed placement, and it also includes a mechanical anti-blocking device that effectively prevents clogging and allows for quick clearing when needed.
Additionally, the machine can be adapted to sow various other crops such as sesame, millet, soybeans, corn, and cotton by switching different seed metering units. It also features a combined trenching device that ensures excellent furrow formation with low power usage.
