When we designed the OFFROAD model, we were inspired by the many requests from our fans in the United States. We wanted to find out what the best off-road e-bike routes are and create a list that would give you even more reasons to choose the Delfast OFFROAD and enjoy the thrill of adventure on two wheels.

If you're in the area of California or Arizona, make sure to take a weekend trip along the Mojave Road. This 147-mile trail stretches from Bullhead City, Arizona, to Newberry Springs, California, and offers breathtaking landscapes. Known as the Old Government Road, it has historical significance, having been used by Spanish colonizers, explorers, and missionaries from the 18th to 19th centuries.

The journey typically takes around three days, but the beauty of the desert and its unique wildlife can keep you captivated for much longer. Just remember to watch out for snakes—there are quite a few in this region!

Backcountry Discovery Route (WBDR), Washington

The Washington Backcountry Discovery Route, created by Bryce Stevens and Andrew Cull, is a 600-mile off-road path through Washington state. It’s perfect for both motorcycles and mountain bikes, offering a mix of rainforests in the Cascade Mountains and arid plains in Eastern Washington. Along the way, you'll find plenty of campsites and places to recharge your e-bike, making it an ideal route for long-distance riders.

While the Mojave Road and WBDR are standout options, there are many other incredible off-road routes across the U.S., including in Colorado, Utah, Idaho, and California. Each has its own unique charm and challenges, waiting for you to explore them on your Delfast OFFROAD.

Starting near Ajo, the trail runs close to the U.S.-Mexico border. It’s a dirt road suitable for vehicles with extra water and emergency supplies. Be aware that this trail is not for the faint-hearted and should be tackled with caution.

While the history is somber, the route itself is winding and challenging, offering a true off-road experience. Starting near Elk City, Idaho, and ending at Darby, Montana, the journey usually takes about two days.

White Rim Trail, Utah
