FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE COMING TOGETHER TO SUPPORT RYAN MCCARTHY IN HIS BATTLE AGAINST CANCER.

Ryan McCarthy, a 25-year-old firefighter and paramedic from Buffalo Grove, Illinois, is currently fighting B-cell Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. He has a two-year-old son named Liam, and his family is coming together to support him through this tough time.

Ryan will be undergoing six rounds of chemotherapy over the next three months at the Robert H. Lurie Cancer Center at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in downtown Chicago. This journey is not only physically demanding but also financially challenging for his family.

The funds raised will help cover:

  • Medical expenses including prescriptions and chemotherapy treatments
  • Transportation to and from the hospital
  • Temporary housing assistance for Ryan's mother, who lives with Multiple Sclerosis and relies on disability income
  • Healthy food for Ryan and his family during treatment
