Shantui SL50W loader brake system troubleshooting methods for five common faults Brake System,Brake Pad Linning Pad,Hydraulic Valve Parts,Xcmg Loader Brake Caliper Jinan Union Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. , https://www.tfloaderparts.com
The loader has played a vital role in today's engineering construction. A good grasp of the characteristics of the loader's braking system and simple troubleshooting methods can ensure the normal use of the loader. Below, the editor will share with you the troubleshooting methods of five common faults of the loader brake system, I hope it will be helpful to everyone!
1. Run off after braking
The direct cause of deviation is caused by the unequal braking torque of the wheels on both sides. Common causes of failure:
(A) The Brake Caliper disc has serious oil pollution, and the friction system is seriously reduced, resulting in an imbalance of braking torque. At this time, the oil on the brake caliper disc should be removed;
(B) The sub-Cylinder piston is stuck and cannot work. Step on the brake of the stationary car, observe the working condition of the sub-cylinder, and dismantle and inspect as necessary.
2. The pressure of the barometer rises slowly
Main reason:
(A) Air leakage in the pipeline;
(B) The air pump is not working properly;
(C) The one-way valve is corroded and stuck;
(D) The drain bolt of the oil-water separator is not tightly closed or the pressure regulator valve is leaking.
Troubleshooting method: First, remove the air leakage in the pipeline, and then check the working status of the air pump. Remove the air pump outlet pipe and press the air outlet with your thumb. If the exhaust pressure is low, the air pump is malfunctioning. If the air pump is in good working condition, check the oil-water separator oil drain plug or pressure regulating valve to avoid bypass, and troubleshoot through inspection. Finally, check the two one-way valves in the three-way joint. The blockage of the one-way valve will cause the air reservoir to fail or slow down. In this way, the brake system failure of the loader can be solved.
3. Insufficient braking force, weak
Main reason:
(A) The brake leaks;
(B) There is air in the brake oil circuit;
(C) The wheel hub oil seal is broken, and there is grease on the clamp plate;
(D) The brake is severely worn and the friction surface is burned;
(E) Air pressure adjustment is too low.
The above-mentioned loader brake system failures can be eliminated by repairing, adjusting or replacing parts according to their respective causes.
4. When stepping on the brake, oil mist sprays out
(A) The brake light switch is damaged, and high pressure oil is sprayed from the switch interface. Replace the switch to solve it.
(B) The length of the piston rod of the afterburner pump is too large. This situation may occur when the afterburner pump assembly is newly replaced. The cause of the brake system failure of this loader is: the piston rod is adjusted too long, causing the piston stroke to be too large when the afterburner pump is working, and the brake fluid is drained The hole flows back into the afterburner pump and ejects.
During installation, the working stroke of the piston should be measured to determine the length of the piston rod.
5. Brake issuance
Fault phenomenon: The loader is struggling to walk and touch the clamp plate with hand after parking, the clamp plate becomes hot. main reason:
(A) The friction plate wears thin, the dust ring is damaged and water enters, and the piston is corroded and stuck;
(B) The return spring in the afterburner pump is weak or broken, and the high-pressure oil cannot be added.

Autodesk, a leading global software company, has made a significant move in the 3D printing and additive manufacturing space. The company recently announced a definitive agreement to acquire netfabb, a German-based firm known for its innovative solutions in industrial additive design and production. In addition, Autodesk will make a strategic investment in FIT Technology Group, the parent company of netfabb. This partnership aims to drive broader adoption of advanced 3D manufacturing technologies across industries.
The acquisition is expected to close during Autodesk’s fourth quarter of fiscal year 2016, with the transaction being funded through foreign capital. While the financial details of the deal were not disclosed, the move marks a major step forward in Autodesk's strategy to expand its presence in the 3D printing market.
Samir Hanna, vice president and general manager of Consumer & 3D Printing at Autodesk, expressed excitement about the collaboration. "We have always admired FIT’s commitment to developing powerful tools that address the challenges of industrial additive manufacturing," he said. "Together, we are set to accelerate the future of making things by taking 3D printing beyond prototyping and into full-scale production."
Currently, more than 80,000 professionals worldwide use netfabb's software as part of their 3D printing workflows. Autodesk plans to continue supporting and growing this community by integrating netfabb’s technology into its own platforms, such as Autodesk Fusion 360 and Spark 3D printing. This integration is expected to enhance the capabilities of both companies and provide more robust solutions for designers and manufacturers.
Carl Fruth, CEO of FIT AG, shared his confidence in the partnership. “Autodesk aligns with our vision of delivering high-quality industrial additive manufacturing solutions,†he said. “We’re excited to work with Autodesk, our new investor, and believe that netfabb will continue to thrive and grow under this new chapter.â€
Autodesk emphasized that this acquisition will not impact its financial guidance issued on August 27, 2015. However, the company did note that the transaction involves certain risks and uncertainties, including the successful integration of netfabb and potential market responses. These factors are outlined in the safe harbor statement included in the press release.
This acquisition reflects Autodesk’s ongoing commitment to innovation and its focus on shaping the future of design and manufacturing. As the world increasingly turns to 3D printing for complex and scalable production, Autodesk is positioning itself at the forefront of this transformation.
