Gas Ovens is a great choice for anyone looking for a fast, efficient, and reliable way to cook their favorite meals. Whether you're baking a cake, roasting a turkey, or simply reheating leftovers, a Gas Oven can provide the heat and consistency you need to achieve great results every time.
Gas Ovens are also known for their even heating. The heat generated by the gas flame is distributed evenly throughout the oven, ensuring that food cooks evenly and thoroughly. This is especially important for baking, where even heating is essential for achieving the perfect texture and consistency.

The tangled web of technology and processes in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) industry has created a complex knot that’s been difficult to unravel. Tugging at one thread—say, the project timeline—can tighten the entire schedule. Pulling at another—like the supply chain—can lead to skyrocketing costs. The loose ends of disconnected data between different project stages often result in delays, rework, and wasteful inefficiencies.
It's time to untangle this mess and fundamentally transform how we design and construct the built environment. Enter Autodesk’s Design and Make Platform, which is creating a cloud-connected ecosystem where artificial intelligence (AI) can help you extract maximum value from your project data. This means you can make informed decisions early on, collaborate seamlessly, and do so with confidence. As data flows from design to construction and into operations, a centralized industry cloud for AECO will enhance collaboration and introduce innovative ways of working.
We're thrilled to share more about these advancements at Autodesk University (AU) 2023.
### AI-Powered Solutions for Every Stage of the Built Environment
We view AI as a tool that empowers humans to be more creative and accomplish more meaningful work. It can automate repetitive tasks, analyze vast amounts of data, and enhance project teams' problem-solving abilities by cutting through the noise and uncovering new solutions. By automating mundane processes, AI allows professionals to focus on creative exploration and outcome-driven design.
Our journey with AI began over a decade ago, and since then, we've developed numerous capabilities integrated across our AECO solutions. Today, we’re unveiling two updates that incorporate AI and machine learning (ML) to boost efficiency for customers designing drainage systems and managing water:
- **InfoDrainage with ML Deluge Tool**: This enhancement allows designers to quickly and accurately predict flood maps when applying water to the site surface, using embedded AI. This speeds up the design process, enabling civil engineers to spend less time testing stormwater controls and more time developing sustainable and resilient drainage schemes.
- **VAPAR Integration in Info360 Asset**: For sewer asset inspections, we're exploring the integration of VAPAR’s AI image technology, which automatically identifies issues in pipes. This saves operators countless hours reviewing inspection videos while drastically reducing costs. More details will follow soon.

In May, we introduced Autodesk Forma, featuring AI-powered predictive analyses that enable quick, flexible iterations at the earliest stages of planning and design. Tools like **Rapid Noise Analysis** and **Rapid Wind Analysis** predict environmental impacts, giving designers insight into how buildings interact with their surroundings. Meanwhile, **Rapid Operational Energy Analysis** helps visualize how changes in a building's geometry or materials affect its predicted energy consumption.
AI is also streamlining the drafting process. In AutoCAD 2024, **Markup Assist** leverages ML to automatically update drawing text, convert shapes into AutoCAD objects, and handle markup instructions. Additionally, **Smart Blocks Replacement** uses AI to suggest relevant blocks when replacing existing ones, making workflows faster and more intuitive.

Further along in the construction lifecycle, teams are already familiar with **Construction IQ**, our first AI-driven prediction tool in construction. Part of Autodesk Construction Cloud, Construction IQ identifies risks and opportunities by analyzing issues, observations, and subcontractor assignments, helping ensure safer and more productive job sites.
Recently, we’ve expanded Construction Cloud’s AI capabilities with **AutoSpecs in ACC**, which automates the creation of submittal logs from PDF spec books. Using ML, this feature generates logs in minutes instead of weeks. With **Suggested Submittals**, teams can flag missing items before they lead to costly mistakes.
AI is deeply embedded in our assistive workflows, from preconstruction and construction management to operations. This includes everything from bid management and document control to quality assurance and safety. For our construction solutions, AI is central to how our customers achieve better outcomes.
### The Autodesk Data Model: Granular, Accessible AEC Data for the Future of BIM
Effective AI requires high-quality data, which is why a connected data environment is at the core of our Design and Make Platform. The Autodesk Data Model breaks down files into smaller data subsets, including those not created in Autodesk tools, allowing you to share only the necessary pieces of data with collaborators. APIs help developers access this granular data and derive actionable insights.
At AU, we shared that a new data model API for AEC is now in public beta. Initially available for Revit, it will eventually extend to Civil 3D and other civil-architectural design tools. Access to this level of detailed, open, and accessible data enables:
- Delivering timely, structured data to the right people at the right time.
- Creating intuitive experiences for both BIM experts and non-experts.
- Customizing workflows to meet diverse needs across project phases and industries.
Our vision is to create hybrid workflows across Forma, Construction Cloud, Revit, Civil 3D, and third-party applications. Our aim is to expand BIM in a way that drives the industry toward a more collaborative and successful future. While we’re building these workflows, we remain committed to enhancing the core capabilities of the Autodesk solutions you use today.

Speaking of data, we’re also excited to announce new capabilities for Autodesk Construction Cloud, including a new Model Viewer and Work Planning, both in private beta. These tools support smarter decision-making:
- The updated **Model Viewer** makes BIM data easily accessible in the field, allowing project teams to pull up models instantly on mobile devices. This breaks down barriers caused by large file sizes and ensures the right data reaches the right people.
- **Work Planning** enhances Autodesk Build’s scheduling tool, enabling project managers to swiftly adjust near-term schedules when unforeseen challenges arise.
- New **Advanced Filters** let builders tailor their views, making models easier to manage for all stakeholders.
- With **3D Progress Tracking**, teams can input models into Assets to visually monitor project progress.

Centralized, structured data empowers our customers to make confident decisions early on. By connecting data across all project lifecycle phases, teams unlock new ways of working where technology systems are fully integrated, and information flows smoothly between tools, teams, and processes. When current and historical data is readily available in your authoring tools, it empowers constructability decisions in design, preventing problems later on.
We also enable connected, accessible data through our Forma API and interoperability with third-party tools. For example, our existing connection between Forma and Rhino was built on the Rhino Open API. We’re committed to expanding Forma’s interoperability, unifying data not just within Autodesk software but across the entire industry. Collaborations with companies like Trimble and Nemetschek are underway to enhance collaboration, data sharing, and efficiency for our customers. More details will follow soon.
